Peel and Stick 40-Mil Underlayment<\/em>\u00a0to protect the flooring from cracks and vibrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tile installation<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 12\u201dx24\u201d satin-finished porcelain tiles with a subtle marble texture, set with high-quality flexible adhesive, spacers, and leveling system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Detail work<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 precise cutting around edges, maintaining expansion joints, and preparing the surface for grouting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenges:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subfloor leveling required additional materials and time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unique room layout demanded accurate planning of cut lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large surface area required phased installation due to setting times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Result:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The result is a&nbsp;<strong>sleek, modern, and durable floor<\/strong>&nbsp;that enhances the space with a professional touch.
