Kitchen & Interior Renovation
A Wilmette renovation told through the work itself: an updated kitchen, warm wood flooring, a deep blue island and carefully finished arched openings.
Opening up the existing kitchen
Cabinet removal and opened walls reveal the original kitchen layout and the work ahead.
The structure behind the room
With the wall finishes removed, the framing and service routes are visible before the space is rebuilt.
A new backdrop for the kitchen
Wall and ceiling surfaces take shape around the window and arched openings, with wood flooring running through the space.
The island takes its place
A deep blue island and light countertops establish the kitchen’s palette as installation continues.
Light, storage and warm flooring
Light cabinetry beneath the windows pairs with wood flooring and recessed lighting as the kitchen comes together.
An arch worth keeping in view
A curved doorway frames the tiled bathroom, carrying the home’s architectural character into the finished details.
The project photographs follow demolition, exposed framing, new wall surfaces, cabinetry, countertops and finish details across the interior.
