Chicago High-Rise Bathroom
A carefully detailed bathroom completed in under three weeks with serviceable shutoffs and a durable tiled finish.

Existing bathroom
The original room combined beige tile, a raised floor transition, and an older fixture layout before renovation.

Demolition and preparation
The existing finishes were removed so the substrate, utilities, and room layout could be prepared for the new installation.

Tile installation
The tub surround and patterned floor were installed in sequence, with the border and transitions carefully aligned.

Tub and shower
White subway tile, an inset niche, and matte-black shower fittings created a clean, practical bathing area.

Patterned floor
A woven marble-look field with a black border organizes the room and frames the completed fixtures.

Double vanity
The warm wood vanity and two vessel sinks balance the crisp tilework and dark wall color.

Completed bathroom
The finished room brings together custom storage, paired mirrors, layered lighting, and carefully coordinated black-and-white surfaces.
Coordinated protection and riser access, reinforced metal-stud walls, reorganized utilities, waterproofed wet areas, and laser-corrected surfaces.
