Look beneath the surface.
Subfloor condition, flatness, moisture and the selected product affect installation. A new floor covering does not correct an unresolved substrate problem. We review the conditions and product requirements before agreeing the preparation and installation approach.
Finish the work
Make adjoining spaces work together.
Consider floor height at doors, stairs, cabinets and neighboring rooms. Furniture movement, access and the sequence of occupied-room work belong in the plan alongside the finish selection.

- Should I buy flooring before the walkthrough?
- Bring your product ideas first. Preparation, quantities, transitions and installation requirements should be considered before an order is finalized.
- Can flooring be coordinated with painting or trim?
- Yes. Include those improvements in your request so the work and finishing sequence can be discussed together.
